Hi! My name is Sarah Lima, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician that graduated from The School of Medical Massage, Cortiva and Venus Beauty Academy in 2007. Originally from California, I have now adopted the town of Swarthmore and I love living in Delco!
I have worked at Cortiva the School of Muscle Therapy. Teaching sports, neuromuscular, hydrotherapy therapy and more. Most of my work is on athletes doing sports massage and sports recovery. Using MET and Ashiatsu. However don't that stop you from booking with me. If your in pain I can help. If you need to relax I can help.
As an Esthetician, I found myself gearing towards wanting to get real results!
I achieved this for you by doing corrective skincare. Microneedling and BB glow!
If you want real results THIS is what is going to get rid of those fine lines and give you that healthy glow. I will be with you for this whole journey.

I'm an outdoor enthusiast that loves traveling. With a love for festivals, hiking and wine, You can find me also walking around the town of Swarthmore with my dog Bogie.

13 years of experience! I don't charge extra either.
As for massage you can add hot stones, cupping ext at no extra charge.
For microneedling if you want to add the hands or décolletage it is included if you want.
Most places charge extra for this I don't.

At Swarthmore Wellness, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between mind and body. While providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good therapist.
